LXinstruments, in cooperation with competent long-term partners for special machine and adapter construction, is able to offer comprehensive turn-key solutions for all customer requirements, including automated mounting, testing and labeling of electronic assemblies.
Our range of services includes:
- Final assembly and verification of all assembly steps (e. g. by means of color and position sensors)
- Partly or fully automated tests, including electrical contacting of DUTs
- Labeling, e. g. via integrated scribe marking systems, inkjet printers, label printers with applicators or laser marking systems
- Verification of labeling after completion
- Automated handling of defective parts
- Concatenation with transport and palletizing systems
- Handling robot
Depending on customer requirements, we can act as general contractor for the entire project, or we can deliver to our partners.
