The N6752A DC power and load module from Keysight
The Keysight N6751A is a 100 W high-power DC power supply module with automatic switching that offers low noise, high accuracy and programming speeds that are 10 to 50 times faster than other programmable power supplies. The optional high-speed test extension provides an oscilloscope-like digitizer that increases measurement accuracy when viewing high-speed transients or pulses within the device under test (DUT).
This module is used in both the small, 1 U high modular low-profile power system N6700 with multiple outputs (for ATE systems) and the DC Power Analyzer N6705 with multiple outputs (for bench testing). GPIB, LAN, USB and LXI compliance are standard. Choose from more than 20 different DC power modules, ranging from simple to high-precision functions and power ratings from 20 to 300 W.
