Precisely regulated
The IT6300 Series provides three independently regulated DC outputs that can be coupled in series, in parallel, or in track mode as needed. This enables synchronized voltage and current profiles—for defined power-up sequences, multi-rail supplies, or load profiles in R&D, lab, and production. The internal control loop applies every change with stability so setpoints remain reliable even under varying loads.

Precision and repeatability
Remote Sense measures directly at the DUT and compensates line losses—setpoints remain exact even with longer leads. All channels stay in view while outputs switch in defined sequences, ensuring power-up/power-down events run consistently. The combination of fine step resolution, stable regulation, and low ripple yields smooth waveforms and consistent measurement data—test after test, with dependable results.

Operation and integration
The VFD display supports quick parameter entry with clear multi-field views and illuminated function keys, including adjustable step sizes for fine adjustments. Via the available interfaces, the IT6300 Series integrates seamlessly into PC-based test stands and ATE environments; SCPI/remote control, logging, and sequence control are implemented efficiently. Protective functions and an intelligently controlled fan enhance operational safety and long-term stability—on the bench, at the workstation, or in the rack.
