The IT6300 Series is a programmable power supply and, at the same time, a laboratory power supply with three independently regulated outputs. As a DC power supply, it delivers precise DC power for development, lab, and production. The channels can be coupled in series, in parallel, or in track mode. This lets you run defined power-up sequences, feed multi-voltage rails, and generate robust load profiles. As a result, voltage, current, output voltage, and output current remain stable—measurements are reproducible and the displays stay clear.

Precision in detail
Remote sense compensates line losses directly at the device under test and increases measurement accuracy. All outputs can be monitored simultaneously, so trends are visible at a glance. The fine resolution supports precise settings; the output on/off function enables reproducible start/stop sequences. Typical scenarios include multi-channel powering of assemblies, parallel tests on the line, or synchronized ramps in the lab.

Easy to operate, reliably protected
The VFD display and illuminated keys provide clear feedback at the bench. An intelligent fan control reduces operating noise, and protective functions safeguard both DUT and instrument.
