4-Wire Kelvin Connection for Precise LCR Measurements
The GW Instek LCR-06B is a test lead set with Kelvin clips designed for 4-wire connection of components and devices under test. By separating the current and voltage paths, the influence of lead and contact resistance on the measurement can be reduced. This makes the cable set particularly suitable for precise LCR and impedance measurements in laboratories, R&D and quality assurance.
Flexible Measurements up to 1 MHz
The LCR-06B supports measurement frequencies from DC to 1 MHz and is rated for voltages up to ±45 V. The approximately 750 mm long test leads with Kelvin clips provide flexible connection to a wide range of devices under test. The cable set is compatible with various GW Instek LCR meters.
