The Magpie evaluation software
LXinstruments Magpie 2 is an advanced evaluation and data mining application for our test database. The data to be analysed can be pre-selected via complex, easily configurable filters. On the basis of the selected data, reports and trend analyses can be created and statistical investigations, machine and process capability analyses can be carried out. The administration of the database is also easy for authorised users via a graphical user interface.
The LXinstruments Magpie evaluation licences always refer to the data source, usually a test system. The test data generated by the test system is marked as released for evaluation when it is saved to the database. The actual Magpie evaluation application can be installed on any number of computers without licence costs, so that access to the test data is as simple as possible for any interested employee. Decentralised test databases can be easily integrated.
