The LXinstruments TMS Test Management Software is designed for practical use in electrical test and measurement applications. It enables the structured creation, control, and evaluation of test sequences for electronic assemblies, components, and devices in development, production, and service.

The device under test (DUT) is evaluated using freely configurable test procedures under realistic operating conditions. Electrical parameters, functionality, and usability can be assessed in a traceable and reproducible manner. TMS is designed for test tasks with typical sequence complexity and is well suited for small and midsize test systems without the need for highly specialized features.
Open software base for efficient integration and intuitive operation
The software is based on the Microsoft .NET platform and uses WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) to provide a clear, user-friendly interface. Test plans and sequences can be created efficiently, reused, and flexibly integrated into existing IT and test environments.
