End-of-Line (EoL) test systems

Our test systems range from manual workstations to automated stations from the incoming goods test, Begin of Line (BoL) to the End of Line (EoL) test bench. We combine all system elements such as AC and DC power supply units with other automated measuring instruments in order to integrate the respective test task perfectly into your workflow.

At the end of the production process, our EoL test systems ensure that every battery module and pack shipped meets the highest standards in terms of performance, safety and service life. These systems carry out a comprehensive series of tests, e.g.:

  • Isolation tests
    This important test measures the insulation resistance between the high-voltage parts of a battery pack and its housing. High insulation resistance is crucial to ensure the electrical safety of the battery pack. It plays a key role in preventing electric shocks and ensuring user safety.
  • Performance tests
    These are charging and discharging tests under various conditions to evaluate the capacity, performance and behaviour of the battery pack during the charging cycles. The communication of the battery management system (BMS) is also verified.

EoL testing ensures that batteries work at the end of the production line, which is crucial for the safety and satisfaction of end users.
