Today, a battery has to be the purest all-rounder.

Batteries are characterised for their performance and expected service life using electrical tests under a wide range of environmental conditions and defined loads.

Typically, the physical variables current, voltage, resistance, temperature and time are recorded.

the most important properties and characteristics of the batteries can be derived. In the course of the battery test, all communication information from the associated battery management system is read out and taken into account.

How does one ensure the safety of battery packs?

In addition to the performance requirements under certain operating conditions, there are also high safety requirements for battery packs.

Safety must be guaranteed for an intended service life of at least 10 years in all potential environmental situations.

This is why battery packs are stressed at temperatures from -40 °C to + 60 °C and with thousands of charging cycles to ensure that they do not pose any danger during use.
