Electrical Safety Multi-analyzer, Hipot Tester
The TOS9300 series is a high performance electrical safety tester designed for a wide range of universal applications. In addition to high-voltage tests (Hipot), it can also measure Insulation Resistance, Leakage Current (touch and protective conductor current), Earthing and Partial Discharge. A total of six models are available for standard compliance tests for use in research and development, production, quality assurance and laboratory tests.
Specifications of the electrical safety tester TOS9300 series
- Max. output voltage for AC Hipot tests: 5 kV / 100 mA (500 VA)
- Max. output voltage for DC Hipot tests: 5 kV / 20 mA, 7,2 kV / 13,9 mA (100 W)
- Measuring range for insulation resistance tests: 0,001 MΩ bis 100,0 GΩ (-25 V bis -1000 V DC / +50 V bis +7200 V AC)
- Measuring range for Earth Continuity Test: 0,001 Ω bis 0,600 Ω (3 A bis 42 A)
- Measuring range for Leakage Current Test: 1 µA bis 100 mA (rms)
- Electrical breakdown inspection setting available
- LAN / USB / RS232C standard digital interface
- Easy-to-read LCD display showing measured values in real-time and standard outlines during the test procedure
- The optional 4-channel High-Voltage Scanner (TOS9320) can be used both as a standalone device and in combination with other test instrument models (e.g. TOS5300 series)
