BASi MX-1xxx: Electrochemical Cells in Different Versions
The BASi MX-1xxx Series includes electrochemical cells and replacement cells made of glass or PTFE. Depending on the version, different cell geometries and volume ranges from approximately 2 to 100 mL are available. The range includes standard cells, low-volume cells and water-jacketed versions for temperature control.
Standard, Low-Volume and Temperature-Controlled Cells
The glass cells MF-1083, MF-1208, MR-1195 and MR-1210 cover different volume ranges and cell stand configurations. MR-1194 and MR-1212 are designed as water-jacketed glass cells for controlled temperature regulation. The MR-1205 is additionally available as a PTFE cell.
Versions for Different BASi Cell Systems
The individual cells are designed for different BASi cell systems. MF-1083 is used with the VC-2 Voltammetry Cell, while MF-1208, MR-1205, MR-1210 and MR-1212 are intended for corresponding BASi cell stands or low-volume configurations. MR-1194 and MR-1195 are 100 mL cells used in standard or bulk electrolysis configurations.
Alternative Products
Do you need a fully equipped cell for standard three-electrode measurements? We recommend the BASi MF-1051/MF-1054 Standard Cell Kit with a 100 mL glass cell and accessories for measurement volumes from 25 to 75 mL. If you work with particularly small electrolyte volumes, the BASi MF-2145 is a suitable alternative: the temperature-controlled cell is designed for 2 to 15 mL and comes fully equipped.
