ASSOCIATED RESEARCH - LINECHEK® 620L
AC Leakage Current Tester/Electrical Safety Compliance Tester
Up to 40 A, 277 V, for Leakage Current Testing & Functional Safety Testing (LCT/RUN)

Standards-Compliant Safety Testing for Electrical Equipment
The LINECHEK® 620L safety tester is a professional safety test instrument for standards-compliant safety testing as well as safety inspection of electrical equipment and electrical devices—especially in medical technology when leakage current tests and CE-related verification are required. It supports clear workflows for measurement and testing and simplifies audit-ready documentation to meet standards and requirements for electrical products.
To make day-to-day test routines faster, more repeatable, and safer, the 620L combines practical productivity features such as “Prompt and Hold”, “GFI Circuit”, “Expanded Memory”, “PLC Remote”, “Built-in Measuring Devices (MDs)”, “RMS and Peak Readings”, “40A Continuous Current Capability”, and “Active Link®”.

Efficient Testing and Measurement
The integrated test technology combines multiple measuring functions and multimeter features in one system. Intelligent switching logic simulates relevant fault conditions, helping you identify weaknesses early in the test process and clearly document the performance of your electrical equipment—with consistent results from testing and measurement.

Automation and Interfaces
Flexible interfaces enable integration into lab and production environments. For efficient multi-point testing, the LINECHEK® 620L can be connected to a modular multiplexer (e.g., SC6540). In addition, the system can be interconnected with an OMNIA® II instrument to create a complete, standards-oriented test setup for electrical safety and compliance tests. The system includes functions for data handling and information evaluation (memory, remote control, link features)—ideal for companies with high compliance requirements.

Safe Operation
Mechanisms such as interlocks, access protection, and an additional fuse in the test process increase safety during operation and support clean electrical engineering work practices—suitable for electrical installations and electrical machinery.
