Marvin ATEasy: Develop and Run Test Programs
Marvin ATEasy is a development environment with an integrated Test Executive for functional testing, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), data acquisition, process control, and test and measurement systems.
Build Modular Test Software
Marvin ATEasy separates the test program, test system configuration, and instrument control into dedicated modules. Tests, drivers, and system configurations can be modified without rebuilding the entire application. Simulation, the Application Wizard, and the debugger support software development and code verification.
The graphical user interface (GUI) editor enables users to create menus, buttons, input fields, and event-driven processes.
Integrate Instruments and Software
GPIB, VXI, PCI/PXI, USB, LXI/TCP-IP, and serial interfaces connect instruments and test systems. DLLs, C header files, .NET assemblies, ActiveX components, LabVIEW VIs, and IVI and VXI Plug&Play drivers can also be integrated.
The Instrument Interchangeability Technology (I2T) uses instrument-independent commands. When an instrument is replaced, only the corresponding driver needs to be integrated, while the test program remains unchanged.
ATEasy-Lite for OEM Test Systems
ATEasy-Lite is a cost-effective solution for OEM test systems based on Marvin ATEasy. The software is supplied with the corresponding hardware, supports its drivers and up to two additional instrument drivers, and uses the connected system hardware as the license key. An upgrade to the standard ATEasy version is available; EXE file generation is not included.
License Term, Updates, and Support
The ATEasy license is perpetual. Technical support, software downloads, and upgrades to new Marvin ATEasy versions are included for the first year. This service can be renewed afterward. Without renewal, the existing version remains operational, but access to new versions, downloads, and support is no longer included.
Alternative Products
For small and medium-sized test systems with typical sequence complexity, the LXinstruments TMS Test Management Software is a streamlined alternative. It creates, controls, and evaluates automated test sequences for development, production, and service.
