Verivolt IsoBlock V-3P – Galvanically Isolated Differential Voltage Sensor

Four-Channel Three-Phase Voltage Measurement up to 1000 VAC

The Verivolt IsoBlock V-3P Series is designed for galvanically isolated voltage measurements in three-phase systems. Depending on the version, the four-channel differential voltage sensor covers input measurement ranges from 150 VAC to 1000 VAC. The bandwidth is up to 100 kHz, with accuracy of up to 0.1% depending on the version.

Measure Phase-to-Phase and Phase-to-Neutral Voltages

The IsoBlock V-3P measures voltages in three-phase systems including the neutral conductor. In a delta configuration, phase-to-phase voltages can be output; in a star or wye configuration, phase-to-neutral voltages can be output. This makes the three-phase voltage sensor suitable for multi-channel voltage measurement in electrical three-phase systems.

Galvanic Isolation for Differential Voltage Measurements

Each channel provides galvanic isolation between input and output as well as its own isolated reference. This helps decouple high common-mode voltages from the downstream measurement system. Common-mode rejection is 112 dB at 60 Hz. An input protection stage also protects the sensor against transient overvoltages.

Scaled Output Signal for DAQ Systems

The IsoBlock V-3P operates as a differential divider network and generates a 7 VAC scaled version of the input signal. An anti-aliasing filter is integrated into the signal conditioning stage. The differential output signal can then be processed by suitable data acquisition systems and DAQs.
