Product Information "RF Signal Generator, Desktop Model | Lucid-D Series"
Tabor Lucid-D Series
Compact RF Signal Generator
up to 12 GHz, Flexible and Modular, Desktop Model
Compact Power for High-Frequency Engineering
The Lucid Desktop Series combines modern RF signal generators in an ultra-compact form factor. Covering 3, 6, and 12 GHz with very fast switching and exceptionally low phase noise, it’s ideal for high-frequency measurement in development, production, and research. As an RF generator or RF signal generator it addresses typical lab, OEM, and production applications.
Stability and Precision for Demanding Tests
With a typical SSB phase noise of −145 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz, the generators deliver low-noise, highly stable signals—enabling reliable, reproducible results for tests, qualification, and quality assurance as well as precise measuring across a wide frequency range.
Versatile Modulation for realistic Scenarios
AM, FM, and PM plus pulse, pattern, and sweep reproduce complex test conditions in telecom, aerospace, EMC environments, and defense. Optional features extend the scope; Frequency lists support fast reconfiguration, and options with more power help when higher levels are required.
Seamless Integration and flexible Control
Via SPI and Micro-USB and common software environments (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, SCPI), the series is quick to configure and automate. The interface simplifies browsing setups, data sharing, and adding accessories. Used as an HF measuring instrument, it fits smoothly into high-frequency workflows.
Maximum Performance in minimal Space
With a footprint of just 12 × 16 cm and only 2.5 cm high, the series delivers strong performance where space is tight. Options like Fast Switching (< 100 µs) or Low-Power make it a future-proof platform; a function generator can be integrated when needed, and accessories can expand frequency profiles.
