Die ITECH IT6300-Serie ist ein kompaktes programmierbares Dreikanal-DC-Netzteil für Elektronikentwicklung, Ausbildung, Service und Produktionstest. Drei isolierte DC-Ausgänge versorgen Leiterplatten, Baugruppen, Power-Module und Geräte mit mehreren Gleichspannungen gleichzeitig. Je nach Variante stehen Hauptkanäle mit 30 V oder 60 V sowie ein 5-V-Hilfsausgang zur Verfügung.
Drei getrennt regelbare Ausgänge
Spannung und Strom werden je Kanal separat eingestellt und überwacht. Damit eignet sich das 3-Kanal-Labornetzgerät für Prüflinge mit unterschiedlichen Versorgungsschienen, etwa Logikspannung, Analogversorgung und Leistungspfad. Die A-, B- und C-Varianten bieten eine Einstell- und Rückleseauflösung von 1 mV und 1 mA.
Flexible Ausgangsverschaltung
Die Ausgänge können einzeln betrieben oder für höhere Spannung beziehungsweise höheren Strom in Reihe oder parallel geschaltet werden. Der Track-Modus beziehungsweise Synchronbetrieb koppelt ausgewählte Kanäle proportional. So lassen sich symmetrische oder abgestufte DC-Spannungen komfortabel verändern.
Remote Sense für präzisere Versorgung am Prüfling
Die Remote-Sense-Funktion kompensiert Spannungsabfälle über den Anschlussleitungen. Dadurch wird die Spannung näher am Prüfling geregelt, was besonders bei empfindlichen Schaltungen, längeren Leitungen oder höheren Lastströmen vorteilhaft ist.
Bedienung am Prüfplatz und Einbindung in ATE-Systeme
VFD-Anzeige, beleuchtete Funktionstasten, einstellbare Cursor-Schrittweiten und Ausgangsschalter unterstützen eine nachvollziehbare Bedienung direkt am Gerät. Für PC-gesteuerte Messplätze und automatisierte Prüfstände stehen je nach Modell USB, RS-232, Ethernet/LAN oder optional GPIB/IEEE488 zur Verfügung. Die gewünschte Schnittstelle sollte vor der Bestellung geprüft werden.
Die passende IT6300-Variante auswählen
Die Auswahl richtet sich nach benötigter Spannung, Strom und Leistung, Schnittstelle und Ausgangsverschaltung. Varianten mit 30-V-Hauptkanälen eignen sich für typische Elektroniktests, Varianten mit 60-V-Hauptkanälen für Prüflinge mit höheren Versorgungsspannungen. Der 5-V-Ausgang kann für Logik, Mikrocontroller, Peripherie oder Hilfsspannungen genutzt werden.
Abgrenzung zu elektronischen Lasten und bidirektionalen DC-Quellen
Die IT6300-Serie ist für die präzise Versorgung von Prüflingen mit geregelter Gleichspannung ausgelegt. Wenn Anwendungen Energie aufnehmen, zurückspeisen oder Batterien gezielt entladen sollen, sind elektronische Lasten oder bidirektionale DC-Quellen die passendere Lösung.
