ITECH IT6800A/B: For Test Tasks With Different Voltage and Current Values
The ITECH IT6800A/B Series is a compact programmable DC power supply for laboratory, service, development and simple ATE setups.
The instruments provide precisely adjustable DC voltage in CV/CC operation. They are used to supply electronic assemblies, components and devices during functional testing and troubleshooting.
Dual-Range Output With Two Voltage and Current Ranges
Depending on the model, the dual-range output provides two voltage and current ranges. This keeps the test bench flexible when one test requires more voltage and the next requires more current.
One instrument covers several DC operating points and reduces the need for additional bench-top power supplies or frequent rewiring.
Reproducible Sequences for Recurring Tests
List and timer functions output voltage and current values in a time-controlled sequence. This is useful for recurring functional tests, service procedures or simple end-of-line tests where the sequence should not be set manually each time.
Remote sense, low ripple and fine resolution support a clean supply directly at the DUT.
Interfaces for PC Control and Existing ATE Systems
The ITECH IT6800A/B Series can be integrated into PC-based test setups via RS-232 and USB. The B variants also feature an integrated GPIB interface, making them particularly suitable for older or existing test benches with IEEE-488 connectivity.
The monitor software supports operation, monitoring and remote control from a PC.
IT6800A or IT6800B?
Voltage, current and power are identical for the A and B versions. The difference lies in the test bench connection:
The A models provide RS-232 and USB, while the B models also include a GPIB interface for integration into existing IEEE-488 systems.
