Programmable Dual-Channel DC Power Supply for Power Sequencing, Burn-In Tests and ATE

ITECH IT-M3100D: Dual-Channel DC Supply for Defined Power-Up Sequences

The ITECH IT-M3100D supplies DC power through two galvanically isolated outputs. As a programmable dual-channel DC power supply, it powers assemblies with multiple supply rails, such as ICs, automotive electronics, and test stands for burn-in tests.
It does not absorb power like an electronic load and does not feed energy back like a bidirectional DC power supply.

Power Sequencing, Timing, and LIST Operation

The device defines the turn-on time, delay, and voltage ratio of the channels. Outputs can be switched together, synchronized with each other, or operated with identical settings.
LIST sequences with up to 100 steps, adjustable ramps, and CC/CV priority are important when overshoot, current limits, or incorrect power-rail sequences affect the DUT.

Multi-Channel Control for Automated Test Stands

In ATE systems and production test stands, the ITECH IT-M3100D controls multiple supply channels through a shared communication card. This allows up to 16 channels to be addressed; in a 37U cabinet, up to 40 units with 80 channels are possible.
SCPI control and web server access connect the device with test software and test stands for burn-in tests.

Model Selection by Voltage, Current, and Power per Channel

Model selection depends on the voltage, current, and power required by the DUT: 30 V models deliver up to 15 A, 60 V models up to 10 A; depending on the model, output power is 200 W or 400 W per channel.
Protection functions such as OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, Sense, and Foldback report faults or shut down the output when limits or CV/CC transitions put the DUT at risk.

Alternative Products

If you need higher voltage, current, or power ranges in a compact DC power supply, the ITECH IT-M3100 Series is a suitable alternative. If your test setup requires a modular multi-channel system with source, load, bidirectional, or SMU modules instead of two fixed DC outputs, consider the ITECH IT2700 Modular Multichannel DC Test System.
