ITECH IT-M3100D: Two Isolated DC Channels for Power Sequencing and Automated Testing
The ITECH IT-M3100D is a programmable dual-channel DC power supply with two fully isolated outputs. It is particularly suitable for assemblies with multiple power rails, production and burn-in testing, and automated test systems. The compact 1U half-rack design provides 200 W or 400 W per channel, depending on the model.
Power Sequencing and Dynamic Test Sequences:
The two channels can be controlled independently and switched synchronously or with a defined delay. On/Off, Track, and Duplicate functions support defined power-up sequences and proportional voltage ratios. LIST sequences with up to 100 steps, adjustable rise and fall times, and CC/CV priority enable reproducible dynamic testing.
Multi-Channel Operation:
One communication card can control up to 16 channels. A 37U cabinet can accommodate up to 40 units with a total of 80 channels. This makes the series suitable for parallel testing of multiple DUTs as well as assemblies with multiple power inputs. SCPI supports integration into automated test systems.
Model Selection:
30 V models provide up to 15 A, while 60 V models provide up to 10 A. The two channels can also be connected in series or parallel. OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP, Sense, and Foldback protect sensitive DUTs against inadmissible operating conditions.
