ITECH IT-M3200: Precise DC Power Supply in a Compact Form Factor
The ITECH IT-M3200 Series comprises high-precision programmable DC power supplies in a compact 1U half-rack design. This saves valuable rack space when multiple supply channels are required in a test system. Low ripple and high measurement accuracy support stable and reproducible test conditions.
Current measurement ranges from the ampere level down to the microampere range. This allows both higher operating currents and very small currents to be measured on the same DUT. Multiple channels can be controlled independently and adapted to the specific test task. This is particularly useful when a device requires several supply voltages or when multiple DUTs need to be powered in parallel.
In larger test systems, up to 16 × 16 channels can be remotely controlled. This allows the number of supply channels to grow with the test setup without fundamentally changing the system architecture. Typical applications include automated functional testing as well as testing of sensors, semiconductor devices, 5G modules, and wearables.
