ITECH IT6100B: Precise DC Output for Power Modules and PCBs
The ITECH IT6100B Series is a programmable DC power supply for test benches, laboratory setups and PC-based tests on power modules, PCBs, medical devices and electronic rectifiers. The models cover 20 to 72 V, 1.2 to 5 A and 86.4 to 150 W.
Power-Up Tests with Controlled DC Rise
With up to 0.1 mV / 0.01 mA resolution and waveform priority mode, the series generates fast voltage or current rise waveforms without overshoot. This allows power-up tests, startup sequences and high-accuracy DC test sequences to be carried out under controlled conditions.
Remote Sense, List Mode and Timer
Remote sense compensates line losses by measuring directly at the DUT. For recurring test sequences, the IT6100B Series provides 100 memory groups, list mode and a timer from 0.01 to 60,000 s.
Measurement Functions and PC Control
The integrated 5½-digit voltmeter measures external voltages up to 40 V; the digital milliohmmeter measures resistance using the four-wire method up to 1 kΩ. USB, RS232 and SCPI are available for PC control. GPIB is relevant only after an availability check.

The ITECH IT6100B Series is designed for high-accuracy, low-noise DC supply in laboratory and test applications. Typical use cases include power modules, PCBs, medical devices and electronic rectifiers. For sink operation, regenerative operation or battery discharge, electronic loads or bidirectional DC sources are the better choice.
