ITECH IT7900: Simulate Grid Conditions and Feed Energy Back to the Grid
The ITECH IT7900 Series is a regenerative four-quadrant grid simulator and power amplifier for Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHiL). Different grid conditions and disturbances can be simulated in a controlled manner and integrated into automated test sequences.
Programmable waveforms and output conditions enable reproducible disturbance scenarios. Integrated measurement and analysis functions support direct evaluation of the DUT.
In regenerative operation, energy generated by the DUT is fed back into the power grid instead of being dissipated as heat. This reduces energy consumption, heat generation, and cooling requirements.
