ITECH IT8900A/E: Programmable DC Load for Power Electronics
The ITECH IT8900A/E Series is suitable for loading power supplies, DC/DC converters, chargers, batteries, and fuel cells. It enables reproducible load, discharge, and protection tests in development, validation, and automated test systems.
Scalable power: Models with 150 V, 600 V, or 1200 V cover a power range from 2 to 54 kW per unit. In master/slave parallel operation, the total power can be expanded up to 600 kW.
Dynamic and automated testing: Dynamic Mode, List programming, OCP/OPP testing, Auto Test, and battery testing support load transients, test sequences, protection-point testing, and defined discharge procedures. The A Series offers eight operating modes, including combined modes; the E Series supports CC, CV, CR, and CP.
System integration: LAN, USB, RS232, GPIB, CAN, analog control, and SCPI enable integration into test benches and ATE systems. Integrated protection and limit functions support safe operation.
