ITECH IT2705: One Platform—Endless Possibilities
The ITECH IT2705 is a modular DC power analyzer for developing and verifying DC/DC converters, batteries, power management ICs, and power semiconductors.
The 5U system combines centralized control, channel synchronization, oscilloscope display, and data logging.
Up to eight modules can be installed; the number and combination depend on the selected power configuration.
Modules Define the Electrical Function
Depending on the test task, the IT2705 can be equipped with programmable DC sources, bidirectional sources/sinks, regenerative electronic loads, or SMU modules. These additional modules provide the respective source, load, and measurement channels.
Available modules cover up to 150 V, 30 A, and 500 W per module; the maximum total power of all installed modules is 1,600 W.
Capturing Transients and Long-Term Trends
The oscilloscope function captures voltage and current at up to 200 kSa/s. The data logger stores measurements at intervals as short as 20 µs in internal memory or on a USB storage device.
The 7-inch touchscreen displays voltage, current, power, and their waveforms for individual or multiple channels.
Configuring Test Sequences
LIST, sequence, arbitrary waveform, and sine sweep functions reproduce power-up sequences, load changes, and defined test profiles. Battery testing is supported by the appropriate modules; battery simulation is available with IT273XX and IT278XX modules.
The IT27814 SMU module adds EIS measurements with Bode and Nyquist plots. USB, LAN, CAN, digital I/O, web control, and PV2700 integrate the system into development benches and ATE systems.

- Bidirectional DC source/sink modules: IT27334, IT27354, IT27335, IT27355, IT27337, and IT27357
- Regenerative electronic load modules: IT27534, IT27554, IT27535, IT27555, IT27537, and IT27557
- Four-quadrant SMU modules: IT27814 and IT27814E
