ITECH IT-M3900D: Programmable DC Power Supply for Industrial Test Systems
When a test system needs to cover different voltage and current ranges with as few instrument changes as possible, the ITECH IT-M3900D Series provides a single-channel, programmable high-power DC power supply. Model variants are available with up to 12 kW, 1,500 V, and 1,020 A.
The wide-range design covers different voltage and current ranges within the respective power class. This allows one instrument to replace several conventional DC power supplies.
With up to 6 kW in 1U and 12 kW in 2U, the IT-M3900D is also suitable for test systems where high power must fit into limited rack space. If more power is required, the system can be expanded in master/slave operation. CC/CV priority allows the control behavior to be adapted to the DUT. This is particularly useful when fast voltage transitions or minimal overshoot are required.
For dynamic and repetitive tests, an integrated function generator and LIST sequences with up to 200 steps are available. Rise and fall times can also be adjusted. Adjustable output impedance helps simulate real-world power supply conditions. Typical applications include power semiconductors, server power supplies and UPS systems, industrial components, as well as electrolysis and coating processes.
