ITECH IT6600D: Two Isolated DC Channels for Flexible High-Power Test Setups
The ITECH IT6600D Series is a programmable high-power DC power supply for laboratories, production, and ATE systems. A 3U unit uses SiC semiconductor technology and provides two fully isolated DC channels with 21 kW each. The channels can be operated independently, in series, or in parallel and provide up to 42 kW combined.
The wide-range output covers high voltages at lower current as well as high currents at lower voltage. This allows different operating points to be covered with a single instrument. For higher power requirements, the series can be expanded in master/slave operation using units with identical specifications. Active current sharing and optical isolation support parallel operation up to 10 MW; depending on the model, up to 2250 V, 2000 A, and 420 kW are available.
CC/CV priority determines whether current or voltage regulation takes precedence during the test sequence. LIST functions, data recording, and oscilloscope view support dynamic test sequences and their evaluation. OVP, OCP, OPP, UVP, and UCP as well as voltage, current, and power limits protect the DUT and test setup. USB, LAN, CAN, and digital I/O are available for system integration; GPIB, EtherCAT, and analog/RS232 are optional.
Alternative Products
If a single-channel DC output is sufficient, the ITECH IT6000D Series is a suitable alternative. If the power supply also needs to absorb energy and feed it back into the grid, the ITECH IT6600C Series is a suitable bidirectional DC power supply with an electronic DC load.
