Dual-Channel, Programmable High-Power DC Power Supply
42 kW in 3U for Compact DC Test Benches
The ITECH IT6600D Series is a programmable high-power DC power supply for laboratory, production and ATE systems. A 3U unit uses SiC semiconductor technology and provides two fully isolated DC channels with 21 kW each. Operated separately, in series or in parallel, they reach up to 42 kW and extend the voltage or current range.
Wide-Range Output for Changing Test Requirements
The wide-range output covers high voltages at lower current as well as high currents at lower voltage. This allows one IT6600D to replace several conventional DC power supplies, simplify wiring and save space. It reduces changeover time when DUTs or operating points change frequently.
Scalable Power for DC Systems Up to 10 MW
When power demand increases, the series can be expanded in master-slave operation with units of the same specification. Active current sharing and optical isolation support parallel operation up to 10 MW; depending on the model variant, with up to 2250 V, 2000 A and 420 kW.
Dynamic Test Sequences and Controlled Regulation
CC/CV priority defines whether current or voltage regulation has priority during the test sequence. This allows the output to adapt to dynamic loads in a controlled way, for example in power electronics, automotive components, energy storage systems or UPS testing. The 5-inch touchscreen allows setpoints, sequences and measurement trends to be checked directly on the unit; LIST function, data recorder and oscilloscope view support evaluation.
Protection and System Integration
OVP, OCP, OPP, UVP, UCP and limits for voltage, current and power help protect the DUT and test setup in fault conditions.
For integration, USB, LAN, CAN and digital I/O are available as standard; GPIB, EtherCAT and analog/RS-232 are available as options.
Alternative Products
If a single-channel DC output is sufficient, the ITECH IT6000D Series is a suitable alternative. If the power supply also needs to absorb and regenerate energy, we recommend the ITECH IT6600C Series as a bidirectional DC power supply with electronic DC load.
