ITECH IT7800: Simulate Grid Disturbances and Analyze Electrical Parameters
The ITECH IT7800 Series is a programmable AC/DC source for defined supply conditions and grid simulation. In addition to AC and DC, it also generates AC+DC and DC+AC, for example to simulate DC offsets or superimposed ripple. The series operates as a source, not as a regenerative sink or electronic load.
LIST, SWEEP, and Surge & Sag functions as well as adjustable rise and fall rates enable controlled changes in voltage and frequency. This allows interruptions, voltage dips, and power-up events to be reproduced reliably. The programmable output impedance enables different grid impedances to be simulated.
Voltage and current harmonics can be analyzed up to the 50th order; voltage harmonics and imported CSV waveforms can also be simulated. The integrated AC power measurement function records key electrical parameters.
The series covers a power range from 2 to 165 kVA and can be scaled up to 960 kVA in master/slave operation. Depending on the model, single-phase, three-phase, reverse-phase, and multi-channel operation are available. USB, CAN, LAN, and Digital I/O support integration into ATE systems.
